    • Each weapon has a traditional and modern aspect and we will work skills from both areas.
    • Sets include individual forms sets and partner or team combative movie style choreography.
    • Spins and throws are a must to keep each session fun and a challenge for everyone.
    • You will hone your previous skills and learn new and challenging ones to practice at home.
