The Kempo program is much more than a great workout. Kempo not only incorporates traditional techniques to develop speed, stamina, strength and agility. But the largest benefit many derive from the Kempo program from the highly effective self defense component.

Instructors will lead you through a wide variety of drills designed to help you kick faster, punch harder and know how to read your opponent. Self defense skills incorporate both empty hand and weapons defense and complexity and difficulty will increase as your skills improve – keeping you motivated and learning new skills.

Forms training is a small but very beneficial component of your training as well. Helping you to develop your focus, balance, and concentration. This is a great compliment to the sparring drills that will help you develop great footwork, speed and defensive skills.
