XTREME TEAM BUILDING AND CONDITIONING PACKAGES

A good team is one with skills, stamina and determination, a GREAT team is one that works together, supports one another and has a great team bond.

Team Conditioning sessions are geared to get your team performing at their peak and working together as a team.

Team Building/Parties are great ways to kick of the season, or reward your team for all their hard work with a fun and adrenaline pumping Christmas party or year end wind up.

TEAM CONDITIONING

A one hour session geared towards getting your team working together to improve their skills, speed strength and stamina. Drills and activities are designed to work the area your team needs while having a great time. After high energy conditioning and challenges, finish off your session with your choice of Reaction Light Team Challenges, 0R the ever popular GLOW dodge ball battle.

COST FOR 60 MINUTES

$130 + gst for up to 16 athletes
$155 + gst for up to 20 athletes.
Coaches are welcome to join in with no extra charge

BOOK YOUR SESSION

XTREME TEAM CONDITIONING

Your team will get the adrenaline flowing with some quick team building challenges and then finish off with BOTH a reaction light challenge AND by a GLOW dodge ball battle. A little more focus on team building and fun in this session.

$145 + gst for up to 16 athletes
$170 + gst for up to 20 athletes

Get the adrenaline pumping with some high energy team building challenges and finish off with your favourite Xtreme Game choice. These games create challenges to get your crew the adrenaline rush they are looking for! A great start or end of the year celebration or mid season pick-me-up for the team.
